Accessibility Statement

How Forge works to improve the accessibility and usability of its public website for people with disabilities.

01

Our commitment

Forge Men’s Health PLLC is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of its public website for people with disabilities.

02

Our approach

Forge uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a technical reference for its ongoing accessibility work.

Our efforts include supporting keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, readable contrast, responsive layouts, meaningful alternative text, accessible form labels and error messages, and reduced-motion preferences. Forge reviews the website periodically for accessibility issues.

Accessibility is an ongoing process as website content and technology change. Use of WCAG as a reference is not a certification that every page or feature fully conforms to every guideline.

03

Third-party services

Some functions link to services operated by other organizations, including Spruce Health and Practice Better. If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using a linked service, contact Forge so we can work with you to identify another way to access the relevant information or service.

04

Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website or need assistance with an online feature, email Forge Men’s Health PLLC at info@forgemh.com.

Please identify the page or feature involved and describe the problem. Do not include medical information in ordinary email.

For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
