Sexual Health
Low libido. Premature ejaculation. Erectile dysfunction.
They’re more common than most men would like to admit. Each has real treatment options.
Low Libido
A lack of sex drive is fundamentally different from a physical performance issue. Hormones often play a role, but sleep, mood, medications, and metabolic health can shape your interest too.
We identify what is suppressing your drive and treat that issue directly, rather than prescribing an erection medication for a libido problem.
Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation is not one problem with one treatment. A lifelong pattern is different from a change that appears after years of normal control.
When it develops later, we look for what changed. Erection quality can be part of the pattern—particularly if you find yourself rushing because you’re worried about losing your erection.
Treatment may include topical therapy, oral medication, or better erection support when erection quality is part of the pattern. The right approach depends on whether the problem has always been present or developed later—and what else changed when it began.
Erectile Dysfunction
An erection problem deserves more than a prescription.
Erections depend on blood flow, and blood flow depends on your metabolic and cardiovascular health. That makes an erection problem a signal worth investigating, not just a symptom to cover up. Stress, performance anxiety, and confidence can also affect erections—and deserve attention alongside your physical health.
A man can have desire and still struggle with erections, just as he can have normal erections and very little desire.
Daily tadalafil can keep you ready with less planning. For men who’d rather not take something every day, sildenafil or vardenafil can be taken shortly before sex.
Testosterone isn’t a universal fix. It can help when low testosterone is part of the problem, not when the cause is elsewhere.
Problems that need in-person or specialist care are referred to urology.
Common Questions
Will fixing my testosterone fix my sex drive or erections?
Sometimes, but not always. Treating low testosterone can improve desire and may help erections when a deficiency is contributing. Blood flow, medications, sleep, stress, and other factors can still matter. We look at what’s contributing to your symptoms before deciding what treatment makes sense.
Can sexual health be treated alongside my testosterone or weight-loss care?
Yes. It’s part of the same plan, managed by the same physician. The pieces often connect, too: improving weight and metabolic health can improve erections on its own.
What if ED medication hasn’t worked for me before?
We review which medication you tried, the dose, timing, and how you took it. Sometimes those details explain a disappointing response; sometimes other health factors need attention. We work through those possibilities before deciding on the next step.
